ELECTRICIANS and SERVICE TECHNICIANS

Electrical contracting company is seeking exceptional Licensed Electricians and Service Technicians!

Electricians and Service Technicians carry out all duties required for the successful operation, service and maintenance of common area electrical functions of a facility including:

• Property Management, Condominium buildings, Multifamily and High-rise dwellings
• Office Parks and Shopping Centers

Minimum Requirements:

• Local Journeyman or Master Electrician License(s)
• Clean Driving Record-must provide Driving Record from local Department of Motor Vehicle Administration
• Experienced in Service Commercial and Lighting
• Skill in in the installation, repair and maintenance of all types of electrical system equipment and components.
• Experience in Locating and Diagnosing trouble in electrical system or equipment.
• Working standard computations relating to load requirements of wiring or electrical equipment
• Manage time, material and people resources throughout project lifecycles
• Manage work orders, sign-offs, daily log/journal and project documentation
• Knowledge of the tools, equipment and materials common to the electrical trade
• Knowledge of applicable electrical codes, standards and regulations
• Experience and knowledge of electrical applications, permits, electrical maintenance goals.

Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer.
