OFFICE MANAGER
Corporate office of electrical contracting company is seeking an exceptional office manager!
Ideal candidates will possess a Business Management Associate’s Degree and have a broad understanding of all functional areas of a typical business (accounting, finance, human resources, production, information systems, and marketing) operating in today’s dynamic environment.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Manage the administrative functions of the company
- Maintain open and positive communication (both in verbal and written form) with other employees, departments, customers and vendors
- Maintain appropriate office staffing level and workload distribution to meet business needs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and recommend policy changes as needed
- Responsible for the efficient operation of the office and expense control
- Accurately process payroll
- Manage IT Company projects
- Software Upgrades, Training and Implementation
- Maintain Business and Master Electrician’s Licenses
- Maintain Company Insurance
- Administration of Employee Benefits
- Manage customer and vendor information system
- Responsible for the accuracy of financial reports
- Manage credit and collections
- Receives, approves, and, when necessary, investigates accounts payable invoices
- Codes payables for input
- Receives, reviews, and posts statements
- Mail distribution
- Deposits
- Advertising - Yellow Book, Verizon, etc.
- Other assigned tasks as per CEO
Job Requirements:
- Business Management Associate’s Degree
- 5+ years accounting or bookkeeping experience including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger and financial reports
- Strong PC and Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- 5+ years Managerial experience
- Collections experience
- Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism
- Ability to operate general office equipment
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing, in English
- Must be able to keep Corporate and client matters strictly confidential
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills

Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer.
Salary and Benefits: Commiserates with experience, 60K + annually and incentives
